The deadline to register to vote in this state is 25 days before the day of election.

The Nash County Board of Elections has a helpful website, which provides how-to information on registering to vote and voting an absentee ballot, as well as a list of links to other relevant sites.  Voters of District 49 who live in a portion of Griffin's Precinct will find the location of their polling place identified on the website as Cedar Grove Elementary School.
